I am a support coordinator based in Longreach and I service the surrounding area of the Central West and other rural and remote communities, I have been in this position for over 3 years however have nearly 20 years of lived experience.
Working in rural and remote areas presents its own unique challenges, and I thrive on the opportunity to think creatively and solve problems in ways that would otherwise go unsolved. Feeling the warmth of joy as I witness my participants thrive, develop, and achieve their NDIS goals is truly fulfilling.
