Paul Bellert, Support Coordinator

Hi my name is Paul Bellert & I am a part of the Access Support Coordination team here on the Fraser Coast. I have been a Support Coordinator with Access Support Coordination for the past 2 ½ years & have a vast range of knowledge & experience assisting NDIS Participants with their Support Coordination needs. I consider myself as a very passionate person & professional advocate for services I provide my clients here on the Fraser Coast. Prior to my experience in Support Coordination I have worked extensively with a range of people with disabilities providing in home care, community access, social inclusion & mental health.

Yvonne Butler, Support Coordinator

My name is Yvonne. I am a local Hervey Bay resident who loves living here because of the beautiful beaches and Fraser Island. I have worked over 15 years in the human services, disability and child protection arena. My area of passion is working collaboratively alongside individuals and families who are struggling to reach their goals, and reach full potential in their lives.

I have a good understanding of the local services on the Fraser Coast, and a network of service providers that can meet the individual needs of each person. I look forward to working holistically with each person, to make sure that vulnerable people can be supported to live full and independently lives within their own community.

Nathan Miles, Support Coordinator

My name is Nathan Miles. I have come to Access Support Coordination as a relatively new Support Coordinator but have an extensive working history in the Community Services sector including Child Protection for the last 10 years. Prior to this I worked in the Disability Services industry for 15 years from Direct Support to Management and everything in between.

I have lived on the Fraser Coast for 25 years and have made great community connections with services providers and specialists services.

I am passionate about assisting participants to achieve their goals through effective Support Coordination, linking to service providers of their choosing and walking beside the participants that I assist to gain a better understanding of their NDIS Plan, to encourage participants to achieve to their fullest potential and enhance their daily living and community connection.
