Carey Heffler, Support Coordination Manager

Hi my name is Carey and I have the pleasure of supporting you as the Support Coordination manager. I have over ten years experience in aged and disability services with a passion to make people's lives better. I have been involved with the rollout of NDIS in the Fraser coast and north Burnett regions from the beginning. This has been a rewarding and exciting journey to travel while watching people achieve their goals and have amazing outcomes in their lives.

Lisa English, Support Coordinator

Hi my name is Lisa and I have lived in the Bundaberg area for 29 years. I started my NDIS journey several years ago with the role of partners in the community Local Area Coordinator for NDIS. I have a strong understanding and knowledge of NDIS and the practices which allows me to support my participants on their NDIS journey. I credit myself highly to be able to build rapport and trust with the people I support and aim for the highest outcomes as I walk this NDIS journey with you.

Dayna Delaney, Support Coordinator

Hi my name is Dayna Delaney, I enjoy being a Support Coordinator, and being part of the Access Support Coordination team. I am located in the Bundaberg SCSS office. I moved to Bundaberg when I was younger to be closer to family and have worked in childcare for most of my years, throughout this time I worked closely with children with special needs. I have completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Children Services. I have a passion for Individual Support Disability which I completed further training in, allowing me to work in the Mental Health sector doing 1:1 supports, and as a recovery worker assisting people to make and achieve daily goals.
