Thank You - Access Support Coordination

Support Coordination is an import part of an individuals NDIS plan. They are relying on communication to be paramount and in the case of my family friend; I support who is a non verbal person it is essential. Finding ways to organise her appointments therapies and reports ready for her review was certainly a challenge but with face to face contact and and electronic diary she is now living more independently and really appreciates the time and effort Cindy and Carol at Access Support Coordination spend listening to her needs and making it happen.
